Each employer is bound by the most recent collective agreement negotiated between all of the bargaining agencies.

Remittances should be sent to the administrator’s office on a timely basis as outlined in the appendices of each collective agreement.Employers who fail to remit within the specified time limits are subject to the delinquency procedure governing liquidated damages and interest.

How do I calculate HST on my remittance?

HST of 13% is payable on the following funds:

Association Fund


Weld Test Fund


How do I calculate RST on my remittance?

RST of 8% is payable only on the Welfare Fund
